TERMS OF SALE

Customer satisfaction is our most important goal. If you have any questions at all about whether the product you have chosen is the right one for your project, please call our Customer Care team at 813-323-3648 before placing your order. We are happy to help you select which sustainable product is best for your project and needs to ensure that you are satisfied with your selection. We encourage you all of the information available for the products in which you’re interested to ensure you’ve selected the appropriate sustainable solution for your project (e.g., Technical Data Sheets, FAQs). Your project success is our project success!

CANCELLATION POLICY
Mason Global LLC allows cancellation of orders up to the point of processing the order. Once the product is shipped, our Return Policy would apply. If you need to make a cancellation request, please contact us immediately at 813-323-3648 Please understand due to the high volume of emails received, requests sent via email may not be handled in time for your order to be canceled. We strongly suggest that you call and speak to one of our representatives.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If we made a mistake, we apologize! If you received a defective or damaged product, please let us know within 7 days of receipt so we can replace it for you at no charge.

RETURN POLICY
Mason Global LLC warrants its product to be free of defects when manufactured and shipped. Therefore, we cannot accept returns of chemicals to be resold. Note if the product has not shipped, the cancellation policy would apply. On approved returns, a 20% restocking fee applies, and you are responsible for return shipping costs.

If you are sending the item within the United States and the order is valued at $100 or more, insure the shipment for the value of the merchandise and ship your return with a signature shipping service. If a package doesn’t arrive and you don’t use a trackable method to return or if you refuse the shipment as a method of return, we may be unable to refund your purchase.

Please ensure that you use proper packing materials to ensure that the package arrives back to us without damage. Products must be unused and must be received in a re-sellable condition. Used products cannot be returned. We suggest purchasing a sample in order to determine whether the chemical product is right for your project.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items, including purchases where coupons used on the purchase, cannot be refunded.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within five (5) days.
